Pantoufles ou talons aiguilles ?
Dois-je me laisser porter par une routine sécurisante ou éviter à tout prix de me laisser happer par ce ronron rassurant pour me challenger au quotidien ? Sécurité ou audace ?
Je suis partagée quand j’entends les discours suivants :
Sandrine ma meilleure amie : « La routine c’est très mauvais, hyper dangereux, ultra nocif. Par exemple, prendre tous les dimanches matin ton café au lit c’est vraiment risqué ! ça t’enferme dans un cercle vicieux et bon courage pour en sortir ! Ma vieille, t’as pris un mauvais pli, si tu n’agis pas très vite en sortant de ta zone de confort ça pourrait vite déraper pour toi…Je t’aurais prévenue »

Tu te rends compte que tu as ce dont rêvent la plupart des gens : la sécurité de l’emploi, le confort d’un salaire qui tombe à chaque mois ? Alors je fais quoi MOI, sécurité ou audace ?
J’aime bien boire mon café au lit, écouter un podcast avant de m’endormir, mettre mon pyjama sur le radiateur … c’est grave ça ? NON ! parce que j’ai fait quelques recherches et il apparaît que selon, la pyramide des besoins établie par Maslow le besoin de sécurité se trouve avant le besoin de développement personnel. Donc, en clair, je ne peux réaliser de grands projets de vie sans me sentir en sécurité.
Et qu’est ce qui dans ma vie me donne un sentiment de sécurité ?
Les habitudes !!!

Tout ce que l’on fait par habitude lui permet d’économiser de l’énergie, minimiser les risques, se ménager des temps de déconnexion et se consacrer à des tâches plus complexes.
Donc faire une quiche lorraine tous les lundis soir, se réveiller avec la même musique tous les matins et checker ses mails à 9h15 précise c’est rassurant, confortable, agréable et bon pour moi. Donc tout va bien, article bouclé, réponse obtenue. Mon besoin de sécurité est capital et c’est tout !
Ahhh mais je viens de réaliser une chose terrible : ma sécurité dépend de choses extérieures : le café, la musique, le salaire, mon travail, les amis.
En clair je dépends des gens et des objets pour me sentir en sécurité.
Du calme, don’t worry, c’est assez normal. Mais ma petite voix intérieure me dit :
« Il ne faut que ta sécurité dépende entièrement de l’extérieur »
Ah bien sûr ! Evidemment ! Et je fais comment alors pour que ma sécurité vienne de l’intérieur ?
Et la petite voix de me répondre « réfléchis bien tu connais la réponse »
Franchement j’ai pas envie de jouer et en plus je crois que je connais la réponse et elle me plaît pas trop …
Avoir confiance en soi, croire en soi.
Oh non pas ça !!!! Pitié !!! C’est toujours le même refrain !!! Non parce que je vous explique : croire en soi c’est génial mais pour cela il faut des réussites donc des expériences donc des challenges donc de la nouveauté donc de l’… AUDACE !
Mais moi je ne suis pas une de ces femmes qui se lèvent à 6h pour défier des mâles testostéronés en soulevant des haltères, moi je ne veux pas tenter un risotto pour 12, moi je ne suis pas du genre à prendre un bain en mer le 1er janvier, moi je ne peux pas, je n’ose pas, je ne suis pas capable.
Et si on commençait par des petits pas ? ça compte les petites victoires ?

Je vais me faire un beau carnet de réussites quotidiennes que je célèbrerai à coups de mojitos (le mojito : bonne ou mauvaise habitude ?) et je vais chaque jour me lancer de petits défis pour curryter ma vie (équivalent de pimenter mais ça change un peu).
Et si j’en parlais à une amie pour prendre un engagement devant elle ? Et si je me visualisais chaque soir en train de réussir mon défi ? Allez, on se jette à l’eau ? (mais avec une petite bouée).
